Once listing documents have been completed, measurements and professional photos have been taken, and your home is in marketable condition, your property is ready for the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

While your home is on the MLS, I'll keep you updated on local market conditions, trends, and recent sales.
When an interested buyer submits an offer, you are able to accept, reject, or counter. Once an offer is accepted, the due diligence period will begin.
During this time, a buyer may wish to inspect the property.
I will help you understand the conditions, provisions, and obligations of your contract.
After the conditions and provisions have successfully been made,
you are officially ready to sell your home. You will sit down with your closing attorney and sign the paperwork to transfer the ownership of your home to the buyer.
